May 12 Bargaining Update

     Our team proposed changes to our current contract language that will add transparency to the progressive discipline process and enable our Building Representatives and Field Service Director to properly support our members.  

     We also heard back from management with answers to financial questions we had relating to the presentation they gave at the May 5 meeting.  

     On deck, we will begin negotiating changes to Article 12 (Work Year and Hours of Employment).
